Job Summary

Skylite Web LLP is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated candidates to join our team as Telecallers. Freshers from any educational background are welcome to apply. Candidates must be fluent in Odia and Hindi and have good communication skills. Training and guidance will be provided to help candidates perform their responsibilities effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly over the phone.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team.




- Prepare daily calling reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any educational background; candidates from all streams can apply.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not required.
- Languages: Fluency in both Odia and Hindi is mandatory.
- Communication: Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Other Skills: Confidence, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate professionally.
