Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed electrical layouts, plans, sections and schematic drawings. Develop drawings for lighting, power distribution, small power and electrical containment systems. Prepare layouts for MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, cable trays and electrical equipment. Develop single-line diagrams (SLDs) based on engineering designs. Prepare lighting and power layouts based on design requirements. Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural, HVAC and plumbing/PHE services. Prepare GFC/IFC drawings and incorporate design revisions. Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels and coordination. Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation. Support Electrical Design Engineers with drafting and documentation. Identify and resolve basic drafting and coordination issues. Follow project-specific drafting standards, client requirements and company procedures.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of electrical building-services drafting. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.



Knowledge of Revit MEP/Electrical is an added advantage. Valuable understanding of lighting, power, distribution and electrical containment systems. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings. Basic understanding of SLDs, load schedules, DBs, cable trays and electrical equipment.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

5-7 years of experience required

Preferred Experience

Experience in an MEP design consulting company. Exposure to commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare or high-rise building projects. Experience with international projects and standards will be an advantage. Knowledge of Navisworks/BIM coordination is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
