Job Title: BMS Technician

Location: GCC

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

We are looking for a skilled BMS Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Building Management System (BMS) equipment and controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain BMS control panels, sensors, actuators, controllers, and field devices.

- Monitor and operate HVAC, lighting, electrical, and other building automation systems through the BMS.

- Troubleshoot and repair BMS equipment, wiring, communication networks, and control systems.

- Perform testing, calibration, commissioning, and system integration.

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable system performance.

- Read and interpret electrical, control, and BMS drawings.





- Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and maintenance teams to resolve system issues.

- Maintain service reports and follow company safety standards.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant BMS technician experience.

- Knowledge of BMS, HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, PLC/DDC controllers, and communication protocols.

- Experience with BMS software, control panels, and building automation systems.

- Valid GCC driving licence is mandatory.

- GCC experience is preferred.

- Positive troubleshooting, communication, and technical reporting skills.
