We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive to handle industrial marketing and business development activities in Buti Bori MIDC Nagpur and nearby industrial areas.
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in Industrial Marketing/Sales, strong communication skills and the ability to develop new customers and maintain existing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business development activities in Nagpur and surrounding industrial areas.
- Identify and approach new industrial customers, companies, dealers and business prospects.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, calling and market research.
- Conduct regular customer visits and understand their technical/business requirements.
- Promote and explain company products/services to industrial clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and enquiries.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and ongoing business opportunities.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
- Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales, technical and operations teams for smooth customer handling.
- Travel within Nagpur and nearby industrial locations as required.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Industrial Marketing / Industrial Sales.
- Industrial sector experience is mandatory.
- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field preferred.
- Good knowledge of Nagpur industrial market will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Solid customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field work.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and reporting.
- Marathi and Hindi communication skills required; basic English preferred.
