Urgent hiring Personal Assistant to Medical Director for multispeciality hospital at Pune.

Qualification : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Diploma-Hospitality, Aviation etc.

Job Description : Candidate Should be Fluent In English, Marathi, Hindi. Should have pleasing personality.

- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Medical Director/ CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
- Organizing events and conferences
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Medical Director/ CEO , with Board members, donors, Foundation staff, and others, on matters related to Medical Director/ CEO's programmatic initiatives.




- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Works closely and effectively with the Medical Director/ CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Salary : Rs. 25,000/- to Rs.35,000/- (Subject to Qualification, Experience & Current Salary)
