Job Description – Program Management / Industrial infrastructure Professional

We are seeking an experienced Program Management/ Industrial Infrastructure Professional with minimum 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving key initiative, coordinate with multi-level stakeholders and deliver measurable outputs for successful implementation. Position is for on-site location at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

§ Preparation of project implementation schedule for individual project.

§ Coordination with key officials / nodal officials at regional, head office and other stakeholders during project(s) implementation.

§ Preparation of Project Status Report / Notes/ Status Presentation for periodical review.

§ Coordination of site visits with concerned department/ officials for key industrial projects on need basis.

§ Assistance within organization’s departments – Finance,



Civil for preparation of required certificates/ project status as per the implementation of project(s).

§ Assistance to concerned department during the periodical project status review meetings.

§ Coordination for project closure/completion, assistance for preparation of project closure report and assistance for release of grants/ loans, if any.

Required Qualifications

Education

§ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning or equivalent degree

§ Master's degree in Engineering, Planning or MBA or equivalent degree

Experience

§ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Preferably young candidates with less than 6 years of relevant experience.

§ Proven experience in the Industrial domain. Experience in working on industrial/ infrastructure projects for Government agencies. Preferably worked with the AP Government.

Soft Skills

§ Solid communication and presentation skills. Telugu speaking candidates preferred.

§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

§ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
