Job Title: Civil Sales Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Civil Sales Supervisor to manage sales activities, develop customer relationships, supervise sales representatives, and promote construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily sales activities and field operations.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and construction companies.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote construction materials and civil engineering products.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Visit customers and provide product information.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

- Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales supervision.
- Experience in construction materials, building materials, or infrastructure sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a sales team and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
