Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on engineer to support assembly, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, quality verification and deployment readiness of electronic healthcare and connected devices. Candidates should have basic knowledge of electronics and practical exposure to debugging or testing.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Hardware Testing

- Perform functional testing and validation of VinCense C and C2 devices against defined specifications and test procedures.
- Inspect and test PCBs, electronic components, circuits, probes, casings, straps, batteries and accessories; perform continuity and basic hardware checks.
- Identify and document defects, troubleshoot basic hardware issues, support repairs or rework, and retest after corrective actions.
- Use basic lab instruments and carry out soldering/desoldering or component replacement when required.

Assembly, Calibration & Quality Control

- Support device manufacturing, assembly, production readiness and BLE gateway configuration and testing.
- Carry out battery charging/discharging checks, calibration, accuracy verification and final product inspections.
- Complete QC checklists and ensure devices are tested and validated before demonstration, release or customer deployment.
- Coordinate external calibration or casing inspection activities as required.

Connectivity, Third-Party Devices & Software

- Verify BLE gateway connectivity, communication reliability and device-level operational performance.
- Test third-party healthcare devices such as weighing scales, glucometers and blood pressure monitors for functional readiness and integration with the VinCense application/portal.
- Execute defined application or portal test cases, report defects,



validate fixes and support regression testing.

Technical Operations & Documentation

- Complete assigned inspection, testing, service and verification work orders and maintain associated reports.
- Maintain traceable device inspection, test, calibration, QC, service and release records; update testing status and device movement records.
- Prepare and maintain demo devices and kits. Coordinate material availability, vendors and component-related follow-ups.
- Support assigned server-backup verification and 5S workplace practices, including checklists and audit-ready records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), or Electronics & Instrumentation (EIE).
- 1 - 3 years of experience in electronics testing, product validation, hardware assembly, inspection or related activities.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, PCB functionality and hardware debugging/testing.
- Familiarity with digital multimeters and basic electronic test equipment
- Ability to follow test procedures and record findings.
- Good attention to detail, coordination, communication and willingness to learn.

Preferred Exposure

Practical experience with soldering/desoldering, embedded or IoT devices, BLE/wireless connectivity, calibration, manufacturing support, QC, test reporting or software functional testing will be an advantage. Prior medical-device industry experience is not essential.
