We are looking for experienced Area Sales Managers (ASM) to drive business growth through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs across assigned locations.
- Manage existing DSA relationships and improve partner productivity.
- Drive business sourcing for Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, and School/Education Institution Loans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Conduct field visits, train DSAs, and develop new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sales.
- Experience in LAP/Mortgage Loans or School/Education Financing.
- Proven experience in DSA/channel sales and relationship management.
- Valuable understanding of credit policies and loan documentation.
- Strong local market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively (70–80%).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
