Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, result-oriented Business Development Consultant who can identify potential clients, understand their business requirements, explain our services, and convert qualified leads into clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, client relationship management, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, including MSMEs, startups, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable compliance, certification, and funding assistance services.
- Explain company services, processes, eligibility requirements, and commercial terms to prospective clients.




- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance in the CRM or reporting system.
- Stay updated on relevant MSME schemes, business certifications, compliance requirements, and funding assistance opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and work toward achieving business development goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

Work Location: Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
