Position: Billing Executive
Experience: Fresher / Candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
- Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices for trucking and transportation services
- Review load details, rate confirmations, PODs and supporting documents for billing
- Enter and update billing information in internal systems and Google Sheets/Excel
- Verify charges, accessorials, detention, layover and other applicable billing items
- Coordinate with the operations team to collect missing documents or information
- Follow up on pending billing documents and ensure timely invoicing
- Maintain accurate daily billing records and reports
- Check invoices for accuracy before submission to customers/brokers
- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and invoice-related issues
- Maintain proper records of completed loads and billing status
- Support the accounts/billing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
What We're Looking For

- Candidates with US trucking billing experience are preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and email
- Good English communication skills
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of numbers and calculations
- Ability to organize and maintain records
- Willingness to work according to the US process/time zone
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Ability to handle repetitive billing and documentation tasks accurately
For Candidates with Experience
Candidates with prior US trucking billing experience will be considered based on their:
- Previous billing experience
- Knowledge of US trucking/transportation billing
- Understanding of rate confirmations and PODs
- Knowledge of accessorial charges
- Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Communication and coordination skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Overall interview performance
Salary for experienced candidates will be discussed during the interview and will depend on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
