We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our hospitality team and create a great coffee experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Take guest orders and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/coffee station.
- Monitor inventory and inform the team about stock requirements.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Handle guest queries and ensure a smooth overall experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café,
restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setup.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Freshers with relevant barista training/certification may also apply.
