Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 3–5 years
Reports to: Senior Marketing Lead / Founder
Employment Type: Full-time
1. About Narrior
Narrior is a women's care-navigation platform bringing diagnostics, nutrition, and wellness into one personalized place. Our SmartPod OS helps women discover relevant options based on their life stage and preferences, while allowing them to choose their next step.
Narrior works through institutional partnerships with residential communities, corporates, schools, colleges, and hospitals. We are currently deploying our first partnerships in Pune, with expansion planned across additional cities.
2. About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to translate Narrior's brand positioning into clear, consistent, and engaging visual communication.
The role involves educational content, social media creatives, institutional presentations, city-launch campaigns, and digital and print assets. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with the discipline to follow an established brand system.
The focus is on accessible education, institutional credibility, and consistent brand communication rather than generic social media trends or aggressive product promotion.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Social Media & Educational Content
- Design graphics, carousels, infographics, and other assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, and relevant digital channels.
- Translate specialized women's health and wellness topics into simple, accessible visual communication.
- Create educational content without unsupported medical claims or prohibited clinical terminology.
- Maintain consistency across recurring content formats and campaigns.
B. Brand Identity & Consistency
- Follow Narrior's approved typography, colour palette, layouts, and visual guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and campaigns.
- Develop reusable templates and design components for scalable content production.
- Ensure accuracy,
alignment, typography, and high-quality final exports.
C. Institutional & Business Communication
- Design professional presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and partnership materials.
- Communicate Narrior's platform, institutional deployment model, and value proposition clearly.
- Support business development with meeting presentations, event collateral, and institutional communication assets.
D. City Launches & Campaigns
- Create assets for city-launch and deployment communications, initially supporting Pune and planned expansion into Jaipur and Hyderabad.
- Adapt approved templates for different cities while preserving the core brand identity.
- Produce digital and print-ready materials for demonstrations, events, and awareness initiatives.
E. Collaboration & Execution
- Work with the Senior Marketing Lead, Founder, and external design partners, including Vara Design.
- Convert creative briefs and feedback into polished designs within agreed timelines.
- Deliver assets in appropriate formats and dimensions for web, social media, presentations, and print.
- Maintain organized editable source files, templates, brand assets, and final exports.
F. Quality & Governance
- Follow approved brand voice, content, and disclosure guidelines.
- Avoid misleading health claims, fear-based messaging, sensationalist imagery, and unapproved medical terminology.
- Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve visual clarity, consistency, and production efficiency.
4. Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, education, technology,
or information-led brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, visual hierarchy, information design, and digital communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma; Canva experience is useful.
- Experience designing social media assets, presentations, brochures, infographics, and campaigns.
- Ability to simplify complex information through effective visual design.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and design systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, file organization, and production quality.
- Ability to accept feedback, manage revisions, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a founder-led, early-stage workplace with evolving priorities.
- Willingness to collaborate with marketing, business development, and external creative partners.
5. Key Success Metrics
- Consistent and recognizable visual communication across Narrior's channels.
- Timely delivery of high-quality educational and institutional materials.
- Effective execution of city-launch campaigns using reusable templates.
- Accurate communication of Narrior's positioning within approved brand guidelines.
- Well-organized library of reusable creative assets and editable files.
- Reduced rework through accurate interpretation and execution of briefs.
6. Why Join Narrior?
- Help build the visual identity of an emerging women's care-navigation platform.
- Work across digital education, institutional communication, and multi-city launches.
- Contribute to a consistent, scalable brand system.
- Collaborate directly with the Founder and marketing team in a mission-driven, early-stage business.
7. Application Process
Interested candidates should submit their CV and portfolio, including relevant examples of social media campaigns, presentations, infographics, or brand systems.
Portfolio quality, visual communication skills, and the ability to work within an established brand system will be key selection criteria.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
