Job Responsibilities
- Handle basic IT support and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain CCTV systems, routers, Wi-Fi, and other IT devices.
- Provide technical support to retail stores and Head Office.
- Handle software installation, updates, and system maintenance.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors.
- Maintain IT equipment records and troubleshoot technical issues during store visits.
- Travel to different store locations as required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across all locations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in CCTV systems and retail IT support will be preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable with regular field work and travel.
