We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team! If you have good communication skills and want to grow with a vibrant D2C brand, this role is for you. Freshers are welcome—complete training will be provided during the initial days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Telecalling: Handle outbound calls for sales leads, follow up on abandoned carts, and collect customer reviews/feedback.
- Chat Support: Manage customer queries and support across WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chats.
- Shipment Management: Process and book daily customer orders through our shipping portal.
Requirements:
- Positive verbal communication and polite phone etiquette.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
