- Coordinate client meetings, site visit schedules, and design presentation timelines with our architectural and engineering teams.
- Ensure client communication is documented, tracked, and handled promptly to maintain our high standards of service.
2. Studio Operations & Systems Management (40%)
- Manage day-to-day office operations, task boards, and internal communication workflows.
- Transform chaotic or ad-hoc administrative processes into clear, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate project documentation, vendor follow-ups, and studio resource allocation.

Growth & Future Expansion Support (20%)
- Assist studio leadership with administrative preparation for upcoming business planning initiatives.
- Over time, evolve into supporting internal recruitment coordination, candidate screening, and onboarding for future team members.
