Best Money Gold Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Branch In-Charge to manage daily branch operations, supervise staff, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience in an NBFC or an old-gold-buying company, along with knowledge of gold valuation, documentation, and branch management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and supervise branch staff.
- Handle used-gold buying transactions and pledged-gold release activities.
- Ensure accurate gold valuation and maintain proper transaction records.
- Verify customer documents and ensure accurate documentation.
- Achieve branch sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Prepare branch reports and maintain accurate records.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience in an NBFC or old-gold-buying company is mandatory.
- Knowledge of gold-buying operations, branch administration, sales, and documentation.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to achieve business targets and manage daily operations responsibly.
Employment Details
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
Work Mode: On-site / In-person
