Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Target Profile: Recent Graduates with 2–3 months of Sales Internship experience (or up to 1 year of full-time experience)

Language Requirement: Fluent English + Hindi

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, result-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be high-volume daily outreach—connecting with prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, and counseling them on our career readiness services.

Who This Role is Perfect For:

- Candidates who already have 2 to 3 months of internship experience in Inside Sales, Tele calling, Business Development, Lead Generation or Customer Support. You already know the basics of handling calls

Key Responsibilities (What you will do daily):

- Outbound Calling: Make continuous, high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective students, fresh graduates, and job seekers from a provided leads database.
- Lead Conversion: Counsel aspirants over the phone, explain the value of our training programs, and pitch services effectively to ensure enrollment closures.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, making regular follow-up calls and tracking candidate status.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily call volume metrics and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.





Requirements (What we are looking for):

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 months of internship experience in active sales roles (Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development).
- Candidates with up to 1 year of full-time experience are also welcome.
- Education: Completed Graduation (Any stream).
- Industry Preference: Prior internship or work experience in EdTech or the Training/Education sector is a huge plus.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in English AND Hindi.
