Location / Travel: Field-based across various project sites in Punjab (Operations covering regions such as Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Patiala, and surrounding circles)

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Construction Supervisor with a robust background in Civil Engineering to manage on-site execution for telecom and electrical tower construction projects across Punjab. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safety, adherence to engineering standards, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Foundation Works: Supervise civil works including soil excavation, RCC/PCC foundation casting, stub alignment, tower erection (telecom rooftop/ground-based towers and HT/LT electrical transmission towers), earthing, and compound fencing.
- Engineering & Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply strictly with structural drawings, IS codes, and quality parameters laid out by telecom operators (OEMs/IP-1 companies) or state power corporations (like PSPCL).
- Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate with local contractors, masons, riggers, and labor crews on-site to maintain high productivity and ensure seamless workflow.
- Safety & Compliance (HSE): Strictly enforce Health, Safety, and Environment protocols on-site, ensuring proper use of PPE, conducting safety toolbox talks, and maintaining zero-incident standards during high-risk tower erection and rigging works.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily execution progress against project milestones,



identify site-level bottlenecks, and report status updates to the Project Manager.
- Documentation: Maintain daily site logs, material consumption/reconciliation sheets, measurement books (MB), and photographic evidence of milestones.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with local authorities, landowners, client representatives, and internal project teams for hassle-free right-of-way (RoW) and site clearance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or ITI in relevant trade with extensive supervisory experience).
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on site execution experience, specifically in telecom tower rollout (BTS/RBS sites) and/or electrical transmission/substation tower construction.
- Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of structural drawings, concrete curing, soil bearing capacity basics, and tower erection methodologies.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using basic computer tools like MS Office (Excel and Word) for daily reporting, along with familiarity with mobile-based project tracking and site-monitoring apps.
- Communication & Language Skills: Good interpersonal skills with professional proficiency in English, Punjabi, and Hindi to manage local labor forces, contractors, and regional stakeholders effectively.
- Mobility: Valid driving license and flexibility to travel and supervise multiple project sites across Punjab.
