Job Title: HR Recruiter

Prime Sunshine Private Limited is looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our retail operations. The responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, conducting initial screening calls, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, following up with candidates, and ensuring timely closures of open positions. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, basic knowledge of recruitment processes, and proficiency in MS Excel and email communication. The role may also require field visits and travel to cities such as Bilaspur and Raipur, Chhattisgarh, as per business requirements,



to support recruitment and upcoming store openings. Candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace are preferred. Relevant HR or recruitment experience is an advantage; freshers with suitable skills may also apply. Salary will be based on experience and suitability.
