Job Title: Customer Support Executive /Back Office -Inventory Management

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executiveto manage customer queries, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely resolution of customer grievances. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Handle customer complaints and grievances professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

- Maintain and update inventory records accurately.

- Coordinate with internal teams to monitor stock availability and inventory movement.

- Process customer requests, orders, and service-related documentation.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to customer support and inventory.

- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.





- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when necessary.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of inventory management and record keeping.

- Ability to handle customer grievances with professionalism and empathy.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Inventory Management, or Back Office Operations is preferred.
