We are looking for an IT Support Executive with around 1 year of experience to provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to employees.
- Troubleshoot computer, laptop, printer, and software issues.
- Install and configure software and operating systems.
- Handle basic network, Wi-Fi, and internet issues.
- Set up laptops and systems for new employees.
- Manage email accounts and system access.
- Maintain IT equipment and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical issues.
- Ensure all systems are working properly.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and networking.
- Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
- IT/Computer-related qualification preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
