We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable HRM Faculty to deliver quality training in Human Resource Management. The candidate should have strong HR knowledge, positive communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts through practical examples.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct classes on Human Resource Management and related topics.
- Explain HR concepts, theories, and practical applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in projects and academic activities.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain an interactive and professional classroom environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA in Human Resource Management / MBA (HR) – Completed is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of HRM concepts and practices.
- Good communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, HRM training, teaching, or a related field.
SKILLS
- Strong HRM knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good classroom management
- Practical understanding of HR processes
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
