Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-oriented Tele calling Executive to connect with prospective students, explain educational programs, generate interest, and support the admissions process.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport with prospective students and parents. Freshers who are eager to start their careers in the education industry are welcome to apply. Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using provided leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about courses and educational programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' requirements and guide them towards suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates and encourage them to proceed with the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for prospective students.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the academic counselling and admissions teams to ensure effective lead management.
- Respond to enquiries professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp,



and other communication channels.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and student-friendly approach during all interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, sales, admissions, or the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills and a clear telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle calls confidently and follow up with prospective students consistently.
- Target-oriented mindset with good time-management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
