### Professional Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled IT/AV Technician to provide technical support for Audio-Visual systems, video conferencing solutions, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of AV equipment, basic networking, troubleshooting, and remote technical support.

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Audio-Visual and IT systems.

- Troubleshoot displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing equipment.

- Assist customers with basic system configuration and connectivity issues.

- Support troubleshooting of network and AV-related problems.

- Coordinate with project, sales, and technical teams.

- Maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.

- Guide customers on the use of AV equipment and collaboration systems.

### Core Skills





- Basic knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and IT infrastructure.

- Understanding of video conferencing and collaboration solutions.

- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of HDMI, audio cables, displays, and projectors.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to provide technical assistance remotely.

### Qualification

ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related technical field preferred.

*Preferred Experience:* Candidates with exposure to AV integration, Logitech, Crestron, Extron, or similar systems will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
