Job Description

We are looking for a finance professional with 2–5 years of experience in the PCBA, Electronics Manufacturing, or EMS industry to manage day-to-day finance operations, statutory compliance, and related legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting processes.
- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with applicable laws.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities as required.
- Support financial reporting, MIS, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and cash flow.
- Ensure proper maintenance and accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in audits and provide required financial and compliance documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related matters.
- Identify and resolve finance, accounting, and compliance issues.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in PCBA, EMS, electronics manufacturing, or a similar manufacturing industry.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting practices.
- Experience in handling auditors and external consultants.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
