What you’ll do

- Create and edit reels, videos, static creatives, carousels and stories for social media and ads.
- Plan and shoot jewellery content, including product close-ups, styling videos and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Stay on top of trends, trending audio and emerging content formats, adapting relevant ideas to Bayan’s brand.
- Manage Bayan’s social media handles and LinkedIn page, including content planning, scheduling and publishing.
- Write engaging captions and LinkedIn posts, and respond to comments and DMs.
- Work with the founder and marketing team to develop fresh content ideas for launches and campaigns.
- Track content performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.

What we’re looking for





- A strong visual eye and an interest in jewellery, fashion and lifestyle.
- Hands-on skills in shooting and editing videos, along with creating graphics and carousels.
- Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools.
- Positive writing skills and an understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Someone organised, curious and comfortable taking initiative.
- Availability for in-person content shoots in Mumbai.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
