Hiring: Ginning Manager

**Location:** Qarsi, Kashkadrya, Uzbekistan

**Experience:** 5–8 Years

**Qualification:** BE/B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical

**Department:** Ginning / Production

**Reporting To:** COO

**Job Role:**

* Manage daily ginning and production operations.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

* Monitor machine performance, breakdowns, and downtime.

* Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for machine issues.

* Manage manpower and shift activities.

* Improve plant efficiency and reduce production losses.

* Implement 5S, Kaizen, and safety practices.

* Prepare and monitor production and breakdown reports.

* Coordinate with HR, HSE, Warehouse, and other departments.

* Ensure safe working conditions and work towards zero LTI.

**Requirements:**





* 5–8 years of production/manufacturing experience.

* Ginning/textile/spinning experience preferred.

* Positive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

* Strong team management and problem-solving skills.

* Experience in production planning and target achievement.

* English & Hindi communication skills.
