Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (M.Tech or MBA in Construction Management preferred). • 18–20 years of experience in construction and infrastructure development. • Proven experience handling multiple hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality construction projects. • Strong understanding of hotel construction standards, MEP coordination, interiors, and finishing works. • Proven ability to independently managing large-scale projects and teams. • Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced environments. • Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, BOQs, and project scheduling tools. • Familiarity with local construction regulations and statutory compliance.



Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to international hospitality brand standards (IHG, Marriott, Hyatt, Taj, etc.) and fit-out requirements. • Exposure to resort development and high-end interior fit-outs. • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. • Strong exposure to ERP systems, MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software. • Experience in green building practices and sustainable construction methods will be an added advantage. • Multilingual communication skills (English + regional language of project location

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
