Executive Communication Coach / Soft Skills Trainer – 1:1 Private Coaching

KEY - PRIOR EXECUTIVE COACHING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

This is not an English teaching, spoken-English tutoring, school teaching, or general soft-skills training position.

We are seeking an experienced executive communication coach who has personally delivered one-on-one coaching to CEOs, CXOs, founders, or senior business leaders.

Applicants whose experience is limited to school teaching, classroom English instruction, or general student training will not meet the requirements unless they also have demonstrated executive coaching experience.

The engagement involves intensive, face-to-face coaching of a technology startup founder in Hyderabad, focusing on spontaneous communication, clarity of thought, executive presence, confidence, and high-pressure business conversations.

Engagement: 3-4 hours daily, 5 days per week, for approximately two months.

Location: Hyderabad — in person.

Prior experience coaching senior business executives is mandatory.

Compensation: ₹50,000–₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise

About the Chance

We are seeking an exceptional English Communication and Soft Skills Trainer for an intensive, personalized, one-on-one coaching engagement with a business professional.

The objective is to achieve significant, measurable improvement in spoken English fluency, articulation, confidence, and executive communication within 2–3 months.

This is not a traditional classroom teaching role. We are looking for someone who can deliver highly interactive, practical,



and results-oriented coaching tailored to the individual's current communication abilities and professional requirements.

Key Focus Areas

- English Fluency: Improve spontaneous speaking, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and natural conversational flow.
- Executive Communication: Develop clarity, confidence, and effectiveness in professional conversations, business meetings, negotiations, and stakeholder interactions.
- Articulation & Structured Thinking: Learn to communicate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively without excessive pauses or hesitation.
- Public Speaking & Storytelling: Strengthen presentation skills, impromptu speaking, audience engagement, and storytelling.
- Practical Communication: Simulate real-world business discussions, interviews, presentations, and challenging conversations.
- Executive Presence: Improve voice modulation, body language, active listening, and overall communication impact.

Responsibilities

- Assess the individual's current communication strengths and improvement areas.
- Design a structured, personalized 60–90-day coaching plan with measurable milestones.
- Conduct intensive, interactive, one-on-one sessions for approximately 3 hours daily.
- Provide real-time corrections, feedback, speaking exercises, and practical assignments.
- Track progress through weekly assessments and adapt the training approach accordingly.




- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the engagement and the individual being coached.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in English communication training, corporate soft skills training, executive coaching, or leadership communication.
- Exceptional spoken English, articulation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong ability to coach working professionals through practical, personalized exercises.
- Experience coaching entrepreneurs, executives, senior professionals, or business leaders is a significant advantage.
- Ability to deliver noticeable improvements within a short, intensive engagement.
- Availability for in-person sessions in or around Kondapur / Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
