Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail RMS Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), Retail Merchandising System (RMS), SQL, PL/SQL, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle Retail implementation, development, configuration, data migration, batch processing, and end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Develop, maintain, and support Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS applications using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and the merchandising data model.
- Work with Oracle Retail modules such as RMS/MFCS, ReSA, ReIM, Pricing (RPCS), Allocation, and Trade Management.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using RIB, BDI, RICS/ROIC, REST APIs, and file-based interfaces.
- Configure and support Retail Home, application parameters, code tables, and business configurations.
- Perform data migration, data conversion, DMM, mass uploads, and reconciliation activities.
- Manage POM batch scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Support environment provisioning, refreshes, release upgrades, cutover activities, and go-live support.
- Manage user provisioning, role mapping, and access controls using OCI IAM/IDCS.




- Support SFTP, OCI Object Storage, and inbound/outbound interface processing.
- Troubleshoot application, batch, integration, and production issues end-to-end.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support, manage Service Requests (SRs), and drive issue resolution.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, performance testing, mock cutovers, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Support retail merchandising processes covering items, suppliers, purchase orders, receiving, inventory, pricing, costing, and stock ledger.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS.
- Solid hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, data analysis, and the Oracle Retail merchandising data model.
- Experience in Oracle Retail implementation, development, enhancement, and production support.
- Knowledge of Oracle Retail integrations, batch processing, data migration, and cloud configurations.
- Understanding of retail merchandising business processes and end-to-end application support.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams and supporting critical production environments.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Xstore, ORCE, SIOCS/EICS, and other Oracle Retail applications.
- Knowledge of shell scripting, Python, and Postman.
- Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management.

Pay: Up to ₹166,667.00 per month
