Job Title: Site Supervisor for Interior Fit-Out & Interior Designing Company

Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and monitor interior project works at various site locations. The candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects within the given timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily interior site activities and ensure completion as per design and quality standards
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and other vendors at the site
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure timely availability of materials at the site
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on site
- Handle client queries and provide regular work updates
- Ensure completion of projects on time and within budget

Requirements:





- Experience in interior site supervision, interior fit-out companies, or related fields
- Knowledge of interior materials and site execution work
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage workers and multitask effectively
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required

Qualification:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred

Experience:

- 3 to 5 years preferred

Salary:

- As per company standards and experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
