RichestSoft is looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in IT and Digital Marketing recruitment. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, positive communication abilities, and the capability to manage the complete recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Digital Marketing positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage salary discussions, offer coordination,
and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in IT and Digital Marketing hiring.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
