Role Overview
As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the complete hiring lifecycle from understanding requirements to successful onboarding ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain candidate data in Zoho Recruit
- Ensure timely closure of open roles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, conversion ratios)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition/ IT/ Consulting companies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
