Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Editing high-retention Short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn clips) from raw founder screen-recordings and live product walkthroughs.

2. Incorporating pacing cuts, kinetic typography/subtitles, b-roll, sound effects, and UI zooms to maximize viewer retention.

3. Editing 5-minute and 20-minute long-form YouTube technical teardowns, ensuring pristine audio leveling, color grading, and smooth transitions.

4. Designing high-CTR YouTube thumbnails and visual assets in Adobe Photoshop.

5. Collaborating in a high-velocity sprint team of 3–4 editors to maintain a daily posting pipeline across all social channels.

Pay: ₹500.00 per month
