Job Summary

Archey’s Media is looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and optimize campaign performance across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign analytics, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.

· Develop performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion goals.

· Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.

· Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

· Manage advertising budgets efficiently to improve campaign performance and return on investment.

· Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.

· Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

· Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective, high-performing advertisements.

· Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

· Stay updated on digital advertising trends,



platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

· Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

· Understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

· Knowledge of campaign budgeting, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience working with a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.

· Knowledge of landing page optimization, CRM tools, and lead management.

· Portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign performance and results.
