About the Role
B2B Campus is seeking a student-focused and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor for its Patiala location. We need someone who can connect with prospective students, understand their learning goals, recommend suitable courses, and help them complete the admission process.
The right candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and have the confidence to turn student inquiries into successful enrollments.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with potential students and understand their educational and professional goals.
- Provide clear information about training programs, course structure, fees, and enrollment formalities.
- Manage incoming leads and maintain consistent communication with interested candidates.
- Encourage prospective students to take the next step through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Maintain a record of calls, inquiry details, admission progress, and enrollment data.
- Work toward assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Address students’ questions and concerns professionally and provide appropriate guidance.
- Follow up with undecided prospects to improve enrollment rates.
- Coordinate with the campus team to ensure timely processing of admissions.
- Submit regular updates on counselling activities, pending leads, and achieved targets.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in education counselling, admissions, coaching institutes, or course sales.
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence decisions through professional counselling rather than aggressive selling.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple leads.
- Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of spreadsheets.
- A self-motivated attitude with a strong focus on student conversions and results.
- Candidates residing in Patiala or surrounding areas are preferred.
