Mid Analytics + AI Engineer (3-7 Years)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics & AI Engineer to support executives and business leaders by delivering advanced analytics, AI-powered insights, and enterprise reporting solutions. As an Analytics & AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's analytics strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Connected Vehicle Operations.

You will leverage Tableau, Amazon Redshift, Python, AI technologies, and up-to-date analytics practices to develop sophisticated dashboards, executive scorecards, forecasting models, self-service analytics solutions, and AI-driven insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and analytical applications.
- Partner directly with executives and business leaders to define strategic metrics, reporting standards, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Build and optimize Redshift-based analytical data models, semantic layers, and governed reporting datasets.
- Create reusable Tableau data sources, certified datasets, and standardized KPI definitions.
- Develop predictive analytics, anomaly detection, forecasting models, and AI-driven decision-support solutions using Python.
- Analyze manufacturing, quality, connected vehicle, charging, sales, finance, marketing, HR, and supply chain data to identify business opportunities and operational improvements.




- Build executive scorecards and operational dashboards supporting strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, trend analysis, and performance assessments to drive business outcomes.
- Evaluate and implement Generative AI, conversational analytics, and AI-assisted reporting capabilities.
- Drive Tableau governance, dashboard standards, user adoption, and self-service analytics enablement.
- Collaborate with Data Platform and Data Engineering teams to optimize reporting architectures and data consumption layers.
- Deliver executive presentations and analytical insights that influence organizational strategy.

Functional Knowledge

- Expertise in developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions using Tableau and Redshift.

- Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Quality, Connected Vehicle, and EV Charging analytics, including operational performance, telemetry, and customer usage insights.

- Experience analyzing Sales, Service, and Customer data to support revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and customer success initiatives.

- Familiarity with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, and Logistics analytics.

- Knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting,



Profitability Analysis, and Executive Scorecard reporting.

- Ability to interpret HR and Workforce Analytics, including recruiting, retention, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.

- Experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and Generative AI techniques to solve business challenges.

- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Applied AI.

- Advanced Tableau expertise includes dashboard development, performance optimization, LOD expressions, data modeling, Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud, and governance.

- Strong experience with Amazon Redshift, SQL optimization, dimensional modeling, and analytical data architecture.

- Strong Python programming skills for analytics, forecasting, machine learning, and AI applications.

- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions.

- Familiarity with Generative AI, conversational analytics, and machine learning concepts.

- Manufacturing, EV, Automotive, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, or Connected Vehicle Analytics experience strongly preferred.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
