Core Responsibilities

- Workshop Floor Management:
- Oversee day-to-day service reception, job card opening, repair progress, and final vehicle delivery.
- Monitor bay allocation (Express bays and Two-Tech bays), technician workflows, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure all vehicle servicing and repairs follow Maruti Suzuki SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). [1]
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Supervise Service Advisors, Team Leaders, Technicians, and support staff.
- Track technician productivity, efficiency, attendance, and training needs.
- Conduct regular quality checks and final inspections before vehicle handover. [1]
- Customer Relations & Escalations:
- Handle escalated customer service complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and follow up on post-service feedback (such as 3rd-day PSF calls). [1]
- Performance & Cost Control:
- Track workshop key performance indicators (KPIs) including labour revenue, parts sales, throughput, repeat repairs, and workshop profitability.
- Control workshop expenses, consumable usage, tool maintenance, and warranty/rework costs.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, housekeeping, and audit standards. [1]




- Inter-Departmental Coordination:
- Work closely with the Parts, Warranty, Bodyshop, Insurance, Accounts, and Sales departments. [1]

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Generally 5 to 10+ years in an automobile dealership service department, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position. Prior authorization/experience with Maruti Suzuki is a strong advantage
- echnical & Software Skills:
- Strong diagnostic knowledge of Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
- Proficiency in DMS (Dealer Management System) and MS Office/MIS reports

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
