About the Role

Fitshield is looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our content and social media presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, comfortable being in front of the camera, and capable of independently creating engaging content from concept to publishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Fitshield's Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop story-driven content, founder-led content, product explainers, and thought leadership content.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish Reels, short-form videos, carousels, and social media creatives.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for videos, interviews, product demonstrations, and campaigns.
- Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and community engagement across social platforms.
- Write compelling scripts, captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
- Use Canva,



GenAI, and video editing tools to create high-quality content.
- Track content performance and optimize strategies based on insights, trends, and platform analytics.

Skills & Experience

- 3-4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts for a brand.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Reels, short-form videos, and social media campaigns.
- Robust storytelling, copywriting, and content planning skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, AI tools, and video editing platforms.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Ability to independently manage content creation and social media execution.
