About Minutrix

Minutrix is an AI-Execution studio based in Hyderabad. We build AI automations, chatbot and voice agents, and dashboards for businesses in India and around the world, and we ship quick. We're looking for a Product Manager to turn client needs into products that work.

Role: Product Manager

Location: Remote (work from home, India)

Type: Full-time

What you'll do

- Work with clients to understand their problems and turn them into clear product requirements

- Write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for AI agents, automations and dashboards

- Plan and prioritise the product roadmap and sprint backlog

- Work closely with developers and designers to ship on time

- Run demos, collect feedback and improve products after launch

- Track project timelines, risks and delivery across multiple client projects

- Define success metrics and report progress to the founders and clients

What we're looking for

- 1–5 years of experience in product management, project management or a similar role at a tech company or agency





- Strong understanding of how software is built (APIs, integrations, SaaS products)

- Interest in AI tools, LLMs, chatbots or automation (hands-on experience is a big plus)

- Clear written and spoken English, comfortable speaking with international clients

- Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Figma or similar

- Self-driven and organised, able to work independently in a remote setup

- A reliable laptop and stable internet connection

Nice to have

- Experience with AI agents, voice AI or workflow tools like n8n, Make or Zapier

- Background working with clients in the US, UK, Europe, Australia or New Zealand

- Experience in a startup or fast-growing remote team
