HR Intern (2 Months)

Location: Manjeri, Malappuram (On-site)

Stipend: Based on skills& performance

Duration: 2 Months (Opportunity for full-time conversion)

​Overview

​Join our core team to gain practical, end-to-end exposure in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and academy operations.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Hiring & Screening: Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and schedule interviews.
- ​Onboarding: Prepare joining paperwork and assist new hires during their induction.
- ​Culture & Engagement: Coordinate team activities, workshops, and internal engagement initiatives.
- ​HR Ops: Maintain basic attendance, employee logs, and operational documentation.

​Requirements

- ​Degree/Diploma (pursuing or completed) in BBA,



MBA (HR), Psychology, MSW, or related fields.
- ​Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / Docs.
- ​Good communication skills and a proactive, organized mindset.
