We are looking for a warm, creative and organised Communications & Admissions Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy writing, have an eye for design, communicate confidently in English and like bringing ideas to life, this could be the opportunity for you!

What will you do?

- Connect with parents: Manage day-to-day parent emails, messages and admissions enquiries with warmth, clarity and professionalism.
- Tell our story: Create engaging social media content that showcases school life, classroom experiences, events and student learning.
- Bring ideas to life: Design attractive posts, announcements and promotional material using Canva or similar tools.
- Keep us connected: Maintain and update our school website, admissions information and digital communication channels.
- Make things happen: Coordinate with the Principal, teachers and coordinators to gather information, plan content, follow up on tasks and ensure timely communication.

What are we looking for?

- Excellent written and spoken English, with an ability to communicate clearly and warmly.
- A good aesthetic sense and an eye for detail, layout and visual presentation.




- Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms and basic website content management.
- Strong organisational skills, responsiveness and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A collaborative, proactive and learning-oriented attitude.

Prior experience in communications, content creation, digital marketing, customer relations or education will be an advantage. A degree in any relevant discipline is welcome, but we value demonstrated skills, initiative and a willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on skills and experience
