Role Overview: The Associate Consultant Architect will serve as the local representative, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and the firm's main team in Delhi. The role requires a hands-on professional who can manage day-to-day project activities, translate design intent into accurate drawings, and handle client requirements efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Manage day-to-day project coordination and monitor progress to ensure timely execution. Client Management: Handle local client interactions, meetings, follow-ups, and requirement gathering. Site Supervision: Visit project sites as required, monitor execution, and coordinate with contractors and other consultants. Design Coordination: Understand and communicate design intent accurately between clients, site teams, and the Delhi office. Drafting & Documentation: Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Regulatory Compliance: Apply knowledge of local building bye-laws, development control regulations,



and approval requirements relevant to Vijayawada. Communication & Reporting: Provide regular project updates, flag potential issues, and maintain clear communication with the central design team. Deadline Management: Handle multiple assignments, urgent deliverables, and changing priorities while maintaining quality and professionalism.
