Position : L2 Technical Lead - ZTNA Support Company : Bay Datacom Solutions Pvt Ltd Location : Delhi @ client site Experience : 5-8 Years Salary range : 10-12 LPA Work Environment : 24x7 Enterprise Security Operations & Technical Support Position Summary × The L2 Technical Lead serves as the primary technical escalation point for complex ZTNA incidents, implementation issues, integrations, and operational support activities. This role requires solid troubleshooting expertise, mentoring capability, and hands-on experience across network security technologies. × The role combines advanced support responsibilities with technical leadership of L1 engineers during shift operations. × Hand-on experience in E-Mail, ZTNA/ Threat Hunting, product function, features pertain to proposed ZTNA Solution and its equivalent security solution Experience Graduate Engineer in Computer Science/IT/MCA Minimum 5 years of experience in: Security Product Support Endpoint Protection Antivirus Solutions ZTNA Platforms Threat Hunting Environments Experience in implementation and operational support Security Product Certifications preferred Key Responsibilities Resolve complex technical incidents escalated from L1. Lead shift operations and technical troubleshooting. Support integrations involving AD, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, and endpoints. Mentor L1 engineers. Perform root cause identification and remediation planning. Handle customer escalations and technical review calls.



Create knowledge base articles and operational runbooks. Participate in upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with OEM and product engineering teams.
