This role requires a commercially focused sales leader who can drive loan disbursements, build solid referral networks, expand market presence, and deliver business targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience and adherence to lending policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive education loan sales, customer acquisition, and disbursement targets across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market reach and increase portfolio growth.

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, universities, student counsellors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, referral networks, and distribution channels to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor the complete loan sales pipeline, including lead generation, application submission, sanction, and disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit, underwriting, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely loan processing.
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, disbursement volumes, and team productivity through regular reviews.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to lending policies, documentation standards, internal processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
