Key Responsibilities• Drive investor and customer sales across Fine Acers projects.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.




• Independently generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, customers, brokers and channel partners.
• Expand Fine Acers’ investor and channel partner network.
• Conduct project presentations and investor meetings with confidence.
• Represent Fine Acers at investor meets, exhibitions, events and business forums.
• Create structured reporting processes and systems to help scale sales operations.
• Maintain regular sales MIS, pipeline tracking and follow-up discipline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and sales efficiency.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Fine Acers projects, destinations, ownership models and customer propositions.
