Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding Prime Techno Works’ presence in target markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations,



negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, analyze competitors, participate in networking events, and provide input into sales strategies and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Competence in presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and delivering persuasive client pitches.
