Role Description The Modern Trade & E-Com Head is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading the strategy and execution across modern trade and e-commerce channels for Edible Oils. This role involves defining channel-wise sales plans, setting targets, and driving revenue growth through key accounts, large-format retailers, and online marketplaces.



The individual will manage and develop account relationships, negotiate terms, plan promotions, and ensure optimal assortment, pricing, and visibility across platforms. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing market and competitor data, coordinating with supply chain and marketing teams, and ensuring efficient execution of channel-specific initiatives. The Modern Trade & E-Com Head will also lead a small team, provide guidance on operational priorities, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

• Proven experience in modern trade and key account management within FMCG or consumer goods, preferably in food or edible oils.
• Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce channel management, including marketplace operations, online merchandising, and performance analytics.
