Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Lead who will take direct ownership of customer acquisition and revenue generation. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can independently identify prospects, initiate conversations, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate, and close deals.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while establishing a structured,



repeatable sales process that can support Fabriplay's growth. As the business expands, the role may also involve mentoring and guiding additional sales team members.
This is not a purely managerial role. The Sales Lead is expected to personally drive sales activities and deliver measurable revenue results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Proactively identify potential customers, including bespoke clothing boutiques, tailoring businesses, fashion designers, made-to-measure brands, and apparel SMEs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers, business needs, and opportunities for Fabriplay.
• Consistently execute daily outreach and follow-up activities to generate qualified sales opportunities.
